CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• The 24-Hour Rule: All bookings are final. If you need to move your tour, we require at least 24 hours' notice to provide a reschedule. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for rescheduling.

• The Mechanical Guarantee: In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, we will provide your choice of a full refund or a priority reschedule.

TIMING & ARRIVAL

• The Starting Gun: Your 2-hour window begins exactly at your scheduled start time. Because our Party Captains have a fleet schedule to maintain, late arrivals will result in a shorter ride. All tours must end at the original scheduled time.

CONDUCT & SAFETY

• Captain’s Authority: To ensure a "Premier" experience for everyone, our Party Captains have the absolute authority to end a tour or remove individual riders for unsafe behavior, illegal activity, or the presence of glass/hard liquor.

• The "No-Fun" Penalty: If a ride is terminated due to conduct, no refunds or reschedules will be issued.

WEATHER POLICY

• Rain or Shine: We roll through light rain and cold! If the Party Captain deems weather conditions truly unsafe (lightning or extreme wind), we will contact you to reschedule your adventure.
