QUESTION:
How many people can ride the Sip N' Cycle?
ANSWER:
It depends on the Ride! Our Full Sip and Sunday Sip accommodate groups of 8 to 15 riders, while our Half Sip is perfect for smaller groups of 6 to 10.
QUESTION:
Can I bring my own alcohol?
ANSWER:
Absolutely — beer, wine, cider, and seltzers are all welcome. Just leave the glass bottles and hard liquor at home.
QUESTION:
When do I pay?
ANSWER:
Pay in full or make a deposit at booking. Your remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before your scheduled Ride.
QUESTION:
I can't make it for my scheduled ride, can I get a refund?
ANSWER:
It depends on how much notice you give us. Cancellations 7 or more days out are eligible for a full refund or credit. Inside 7 days we can offer credit only. Inside 72 hours we can offer one reschedule. Credits do not expire and can be applied to any future Ride.
QUESTION:
What happens if my group doesn't arrive on time?
ANSWER:
Your Ride starts when it's scheduled to — not when you show up. If your group arrives late, your Ride still ends at the original time. That's why we recommend arriving 15 minutes early!
QUESTION:
Where does the bike pick us up?
ANSWER:
We pick up at TF BrickHouse, corner of 5th Ave S and Hansen St S in downtown Twin Falls. For GPS, search TF BrickHouse — we'll be parked right outside on 5th Ave S. Look for the bike and your Party Captain.
QUESTION:
Where can we store the drinks and snacks we bring?
ANSWER:
Space on the bike is limited, so we recommend consolidating drinks and snacks into one medium-sized cooler.
