A note on partner hours: Some stops have limited availability Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays — we've adjusted our booking windows to reflect this. Monday has the most closures, but plenty of great stops are still open!
Freddy's Speakeasy is Wed–Sat only. Not available for Saturday Rides before 5 PM (opens at 7 PM) — call ahead if it's a must! Klover Klub opens at 4 PM Saturdays, so early afternoon Rides may arrive before they're open.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

The 24-Hour Rule: All bookings are final. If you need to move your tour, we require at least 24 hours' notice to provide a reschedule. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for rescheduling.

The Mechanical Guarantee: In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, we will provide your choice of a full refund or a priority reschedule.
TIMING & ARRIVAL

The Starting Gun: Please arrive at your pickup location 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Your 2-hour window begins exactly at your scheduled start time — late arrivals will result in a shortened ride, as tours cannot be extended past their original end time.
CONDUCT & SAFETY

Captain's Authority: Our Party Captains have the authority to remove individual riders or end the tour early for unsafe behavior, illegal activity, or violations of our drink policy.

The No-Fun Penalty: No refunds or reschedules will be issued if a tour is terminated due to conduct.
WEATHER POLICY

Rain or Shine: We roll through light rain and cold! If the Party Captain deems weather conditions truly unsafe (lightning or extreme wind), we will contact you to reschedule your adventure.
